This fan art piece is for ~hawkeye having won the traditional art portion of the March Reverse A DCU Character Contest at the ~DCU-Club .

This is just my version of the DC comics character Hawkgirl, and not of any specific version of the character. I just wanted to have some fun with her costume, and change a lil' here 'n there. In the Cartoon network cartoon she's a member of the Justice League, and in the comics she's a member of the Justice Society. She's been around in many forms since the early 1940s.

Yeah, I liked the different costumes...but not a specific one...hence the amalgimation(and an idea er two from me) of her costumes. Thanks so much for your great comment! :)
